Welcome to Transformation GEMS, we are one of the 1st Black Woman founded, 501c3 organization with a co-working space, workshop, training space for women. The mission is to educate and empower women to start, accelerate and sustain businesses that create systems, legacies to become recession-proof.
We help make women’s dreams blossom into businesses. Based in Lansing, Michigan, we offer expert coaching, workshops, and community support for women entrepreneurs at any stage. Our personalized approach elevates skills in business planning, branding, marketing, and more, fostering financial independence and lasting success.
