Sabrina Todd is a native of Battle Creek MI having come from Columbus OH as a small child. She has been a resident of Lansing MI for over forty years after attending Michigan State University where she majored in Packaging Science. After Michigan State Sabrina began a career of working with the public that included banking, retail sales to her current position with the U.S. Postal Service where she has been employed for 31 years.
In her current position she is a Communications/Customer Relations Coordinator where she works with both the external and internal customer assisting them with their mailing concerns and presenting postal information at various events.
Additionally, she is responsible for postal communications for the larger part of the state of Michigan with the exception of the Detroit, Flint, and Jackson areas. In this capacity she responds to the media providing information about postal news and matters.
Outside of the Post Office Sabrina’s main passion is music ministry. Her love for music was instilled in her as a child by her father who was a pastor. For the past forty years she has played for various church choirs, groups and praise teams in Lansing and Battle Creek. She has also been the Minister of Music at several churches in the Lansing area where she directed the administration of the music department and the flow of services. Her passion in music ministry also encompasses singing and composing songs. In previous years Sabrina was a member of the musical group “Body of Christ” and she and her sisters formed a singing group called the ‘Vessels of Praise” in the mid 1980’s. She later formed a worship music ministry group “AWE for Him” in 2009.
Sabrina is married, has two sons and three grandsons. Sabrina serves as a board member on local credit union and in her free time she enjoys writing, cooking and baking some of her favorite dishes and desserts. She is known among some of her closest friends and acquaintances for her fried corn, her famous pound cake, cheesecake and yeast rolls.
Sabrina desires to see the best in everyone when it comes to their destiny and goals in life. Above all else Sabrina has a faith in God which cannot be denied. Her motto for her life is “by His grace, for His glory”.
